NO Parties. Absolutely NO Parties. 6 Guest Maximum. NO Pets Allowed. This is our condo association rule and you will be asked to leave if found to have a pet on the premises. The guest making and paying for the reservation MUST be 21 years of age and present photo identification upon check-in. Checkout Policy: Please note that the checkout time is at 10:00 am. Before you leave, we just ask for a few things, so please: Take out all trash, including bathroom trash bags and refrigerator items. Load all dishes into the dishwasher, our housekeepers will run it so it just needs to be loaded. Strip all the beds and just load all linens and towels in the washing machine. Please: Turn off all lights. Leave the Key Fobs to the pool and parking passes on the Kitchen Counter. Close all the windows and balcony doors in the unit. Please close the front door as you leave the unit. This unit uses an automated lock to enter. Please shut the door immediately after entering/leaving the unit at all times and DO NOT block or prevent the door from locking. The lock runs on a battery and will drain power at a faster rate if the door is not completely closed. We have a 24 hour SLA with our maintenance team so you may be locked out of the unit for a period of time if the battery dies. The door lock battery will have a sufficient charge upon your arrival and the product tracks usage to alert our team of excessive use.
